Costa Blanca
I own a 2 bedroom apartment in the lovely area of Villamartin, Costa Blanca, Spain 🇪🇸. Just 45 mins drive south of Alicante airport with numerous beaches nearby, the nearest, La Zenia being only 10 mins away.
There are a number of golf course on the doorstep and some great cycle routes along the canal paths and beyond. There is also a large shopping centre at La Zenia Boulevard which is worth a visit. With a year round pleasant temperature barely dropping below 15/18 degrees it’s the perfect location anytime of year.
The communal pool is a 2 minute walk away and the nearby plaza with bars and restaurants is a 10 min walk. The apartment is not suitable for those who have mobility issues or very babies or very small children as there at around 46 steps to reach its top floor position with no lift. Located in a peaceful residential area with a handful of bars 3-5 mins walk and a small convenience store. Nearest supermarket is Mercadona , a five minute drive away.
The apartment was refurbished to a high standard and has been solely used by my family prior to me purchasing it. It is very much a second home which is why I believe you will find it very comfortable and offering everything you may need.
Comfortable Twin bedded room and double bedroom both with air con and ceiling fans. There is a hairdryer and hair straighteners provided. All bedding and towels included in your stay. There is a washing machine for your convenience. There is a drinking water tap fitted to save you carrying water from the supermarket! There is a tv with hundreds of channels including all the sports free of charge. WiFi is available and is included in the price.
The apartment is safe with roller shutters and door grills and a safe is provided for your use.
A car would be useful for your stay but you can walk the local area to amenities, I can arranged airport transfers with a local man if needed. I want people to enjoy my apartment, the local area, and beyond.
